The Cracked Pot Studio Tour was established in 2017 by Lansing area ceramic artists interested in organizing a weekend tour for the public to learn about and appreciate pottery and ceramic sculpture. Since then, the annual event has become a platform for connecting ceramic artists not only with the public, but also with one another - both locally and from across Michigan.

The 2025 event is expected to include 9-10 studios with up to 10 guest artists in each location. In past years, tour locations have welcomed upwards of 2,000 ceramic-loving visitors.
