Board positions are available at the end of the year or as vacancies occur. Volunteer and committee positions are available year-round.

The MCAA board meets (once a month) on (the second Saturday). These meetings usually occur at CCS in Detroit, but can occasionally be held in different venues/locations depending on our agenda. They typically occur from 10am-1pm. Do you have any scheduling conflicts that might affect your attendance?

What other volunteer commitments do you currently have?

What would you like to get for yourself out of your participation on the Board, e.g., what types of experiences, skills to develop, interests to cultivate for you, etc.?

If you join the Board, you agree that you can provide at least 4-12 hours a month in attendance to Board and Committee meetings and active participation in initiatives and that you do not have any conflict-of-interest in participating on the Board.
